Dear Friend,
Thank you for logging onto our church website. We want you to know that you are important to us and that we are here to serve you in any way that we can with the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
On behalf of our congregation, I would like to personally invite you and your family to come and worship with us at Covenant Reformed Presbyterian Church. You will find us to be a friendly group of sincere Christians and you will be loved by us as we are very much an extended family.
You will find our service hours and social events posted on our "Fellowship Page" and our "Event Calendar."
If I can answer any questions concerning our church or our church life, please do not hesitate to contact me at our church office; (772) 595-0096 or pastor@crpcopc.org
You will find a sermon preached to the congregation on March 25, 2001 on "From the Pastor's Desk" link on our front page. I hope you will be blessed by it.
Sincerely in Christ,
Pastor Robert Berry

The History Of Covenant Reformed Presbyterian Church
Our standard is the Bible; the Scriptures of both the Old and New testaments. A subordinate standard is the Westminster Confession of Faith , including the Larger and Shorter Catechisms. The manual of operations is The Book of Church Order. It was adopted by the Orthodox Presbyterian Church (our denomination) to spell out the scriptural patterns of church government and discipline for both the church and denomination.
Our 11:00 a.m. worship service can be described as traditional in a warm, personal atmosphere. Worship is a time to express praise and thanks to God through music, prayer and giving. Worship is also a time of biblical or expository preaching where we learn the Scriptures and their application to our lives.
Christian Education is the process of making disciples - developing strong personal relationships with Christ through the study and application of the Scriptures. It is a vital part of our ministry, and Covenant Reformed offers classes for all ages at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday morning. These classes cover topics from three areas: Books of the Bible, Doctrine and Christian Living. For example, classes are being taught on the Adult Biblical Education Series, prepared by Jack B. Scott, PH.D. Presently, Elder Sam V. Rowe is leading the series for the adult class. Pastor Robert Berry is leading a class for the older youth using the outline found in the Westminster Shorter Catechism.
Our children from infants through high school are brought through a carefully designed curriculum to enable them to grow in the understanding of the Scriptures and God's claim on their lives though Jesus Christ. In addition to Sunday morning classes, Covenant Reformed offers members and visitors a rapidly growing library of tracts and Christian periodicals.
A portion of our income is committed to be used to expand God's Kingdom at home and abroad. We support a number of missionaries located in foreign lands as well as community outreach programs locally.
We are committed to ministering to individuals and building them up in the community of Christ. We believe our most effective means of teaching the Gospel is through our worship service, our Christian Education program, and our fellowship meetings. We approach personal evangelism by building trust and relationships. In our small group settings, such as our fellowship period between Sunday School and worship service and our Wednesday night suppers, newcomers will witness true Christian fellowship.
We believe it is important for us to grow together as a family of believers. A primary means of getting to know each other is through Fellowship. Covenant Reformed plans church-wide activities such as our Wednesday night suppers and home gatherings where we sing hymns and have prayer requests. Covenant Reformed has also tentatively planned a picnic on the newly purchased land even before we start drawing up plans for a building there. We believe that in a healthy church people worship together, eat together, play together and sing together.
Covenant Reformed provides a nursery attendant for all of our activities. We believe it is important for parents to enjoy fellowship and worship with a sense of security about their children's care.
